The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing inventory, visual merchandising, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure product availability. Other key responsibilities include collaborating with designers and suppliers, analyzing sales data, and maintaining an attractive store layout. The Merchandiser will also work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.Qualifications- Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Sales and Retail - Marketing skills - Ability to analyze sales data and develop promotional strategies - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus - Experience in the carpet or home decor industry is a plus
