VACANCY DETAIL Position: Merchandiser – My E-Haat by HCLFoundation Location: Noida We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to oversee the visual merchandising, sales, and manage the overall operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visual Merchandising: - Plan and execute visually appealing store displays and layouts to drive sales and customer engagement. - Ensure store appearance aligns with brand standards and guidelines. 2. Sales and Customer Service: - Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth. - Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and feedback. 3. Inventory Management: - Manage stock levels, track inventory, and optimize product displays. - Minimize stock losses and ensure accurate inventory reporting. 4. Store Operations:Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. 5. Delivery and fulfilment Manage end-to-end aligning orders, updating inventory and safely packaging products as per the required specifications of the client. Support for delivery, documentation management, delivery clearance, etc. 6. Vendor management Coordinate with various suppliers for order placement, record management of items receipt and payments. Will be responsible for placing orders and coordinating timely delivery for smooth fulfilment of items. Requirements: 1. Education: Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Retail Management or related field) 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, merchandising, or a related field 3. Skills: - Strong visual merchandising and store display skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks - Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
