The faculty member will play a key role in delivering course content, guiding students, and collaborating with the curriculum team to ensure the program meets industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on real estate management, covering topics such as property laws, valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies. Create and update course content, including modules, assignments, quizzes, and case studies, ensuring relevance to industry trends and the Indian real estate market. Mentor and guide students, providing academic and career counseling as needed. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design innovative teaching materials and enhance program quality. Evaluate student performance through assessments, feedback, and examinations. Stay updated with the latest industry developments to incorporate real-world examples into teaching. Participate in academic and industry events to strengthen the institution’s reputation and network.Requirements: Experience : Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, academia, or related fields. Education : Graduation is mandatory. A Postgraduate degree or certifications such as RICS, CRE, or similar will be an advantage. Expertise : In-depth knowledge of real estate management, property laws, market analysis, and financial aspects, with a focus on the Indian market.
