Position: Outreach & Partnerships ManagerLocation: Noida, UP, India (On-site)Type: Full-TimeThe RoleAs the Outreach & Partnerships Manager, you will be the chief architect of our community growth engine. This is a critical leadership role where you will design, build, and execute the end-to-end strategy for user acquisition, focusing on our two core audiences: college students and working professionals. You will be responsible for building a scalable, predictable pipeline of high-quality participants for our hackathons and events, directly impacting Hack2skill's growth and market leadership.What You'll Do- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the comprehensive outreach strategy to achieve ambitious registration targets, establishing Hack2skill as the go-to platform for every aspiring innovator in India. - University Ecosystem Dominance: Build and scale a robust university partnership program. Forge deep alliances with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Entrepreneurship Cells, and key student clubs across Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions nationwide. - Corporate & Community Alliances: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with corporations, developer communities (e.g., Google Developer Groups, AWS User Groups), industry bodies, and online learning platforms to drive registrations from working professionals. - Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing outreach team. Set clear goals, establish best practices, and foster a culture of ownership and results. - Data-Driven Operations: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Registration-to-Participant Conversion Rate, and Partner Sourced Registrations. Use data to optimize campaigns and inform strategy. - Program Innovation: Design and launch scalable outreach initiatives, such as Campus Ambassador programs, inter-college hackathon leagues, and corporate evangelist programs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Program Management, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy from lead generation to event participation.You Should Have- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within partnerships, business development, community management, or growth, preferably in the Ed-Tech, HR-Tech, or developer-focused sectors. - Demonstrated Success: A proven track record of developing and executing strategies that achieved or exceeded user acquisition targets at scale. - Strong Network: A pre-existing, robust network within Indian universities and/or the corporate/tech community is a significant advantage. - Strategic Mindset: The ability to think beyond immediate tactics and build a long-term, scalable, and repeatable growth engine. - Data-Driven Acumen: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions, optimize performance, and report on business outcomes. - Exceptional People Skills: World-class negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. You are a natural networker who can build rapport with everyone from a student coordinator to a CHRO. - Leadership: Prior experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring a team to success.
