Performance Marketing Manager

Job Title: Performance Marketing ManagerJob Location: Noida Sector 16Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta(Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing. Manage budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI,etc. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives. Implement strategies for lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rateimprovement. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners when required.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic buying. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar). Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, LTV, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing (depending on level). Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and achieving strong ROI. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
