We work with fast-growing D2C brands and are expanding our performance marketing team.Role Description We are looking for a talentedInfluencer Marketerwho can plan, execute, and manageinfluencer campaignsfor D2C brands. The ideal candidate should know how to identify the right creators, negotiate collaborations, track deliverables, analyze performance, and build long-term creator partnerships. Also having great understanding of creatives will be an added advantageKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop influencer marketing strategies for D2C brands Identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Prepare monthly collaboration pipelines Plan campaigns for product launches, brand awareness & performance outcomesInfluencer Outreach & Collaboration Reach out to creators, negotiate prices, and finalize deals Build strong relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers Coordinate product deliveries and ensure timely posting Maintain a database of influencers and previous collaborationsCampaign Execution Prepare briefs, scripts, and content guidelines Review content before posting to ensure brand alignment Track live campaigns and ensure deliverables are met Collaborate with internal creative & performance teamsPerformance Tracking & Reporting Analyze influencer performance: reach, engagement, clicks, conversions Track coupon codes, UTM links & ROI Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports Suggest optimization strategies for future campaignsQualifications Experience:1–2 yearsin Influencer Marketing Strong understanding ofInstagram, YouTube & UGC trends Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to shortlist the right influencers based on brand goals Knowledge of D2C space (beauty, fashion, lifestyle preferred) Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics Ability to handle multiple campaigns at once Experience as HR & Social Media will be preferred
