Job Description — Email Marketing Intern Department: Marketing Location: Onsite — Sector 63, Noida Experience: 0–1 year Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month Employment Type: Internship (Full-time, with potential for full-time role based on performance) About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven Email Marketing Intern to support our lead generation and outreach campaigns targeting US-based clients . You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify high-value leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator , extract verified contact data and execute personalized cold email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys research, precision, and outreach strategy — with plenty of learning opportunities in international B2B marketing. Key Responsibilities Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, filter, and build lead lists of decision-makers in target industries. Perform US-based email scraping using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or Instantly.ai (or similar). Verify and clean email lists to maintain high deliverability rates. Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake . Craft personalized outreach messages and subject lines aligned with the brand’s tone. Maintain accurate lead and campaign records in Google Sheets or CRM. Track and analyze key metrics — open rates, reply rates, bounce rates — and suggest optimization improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with company goals. Stay up to date with the latest email marketing and lead generation trends . Required Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead prospecting. Hands-on experience with email scraping tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Skrapp.io, etc.). Familiar with email campaign platforms (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake). Good communication and written English skills (especially for outreach). Basic knowledge of email deliverability best practices . Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for data management. Attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence in lead research. Preferred Skills Understanding of B2B lead generation . Knowledge of US market Basic understanding of CRM tools .
