Please share your CV at : WhatsApp/Call : Position: PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE Location: Sector 62, Noida Budget: 4.80 LPA – 5.40 LPA Experience Required: 2–3 Years Industry : EdTech/ E-learning Key Responsibilities :- • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . • Manage and optimize performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS , and lead-to-enrollment ratio. • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to refine campaigns. • Build and manage funnels for webinars, demos, and call-booking. • Ensure smooth lead flow across ads, CRM, email automation, and WhatsApp automation tools. • Collaborate with design/content teams to develop high-performing creatives and landing pages. • Set up and manage automation and integrations via tools like Zapier, Pabbly, etc. • Run email marketing automation using platforms such as ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc. • Execute and manage WhatsApp automation through AiSensy, WATI, or similar tools. • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and dashboards. • Ensure accurate setup of tracking pixels, events, and conversion tracking. • Drive campaigns for both client acquisition and in-house agency growth. • Stay updated with the latest PPC and funnel marketing trends, particularly in the EdTech domain. Preferred Candidate Profile :- • 2–3 years of proven hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • Strong understanding of funnels (webinar, demo, and call booking). • Experience with Zapier/Pabbly integrations. • Proficiency in email marketing tools (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.). • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp automation tools like AiSensy, WATI, etc. • Strong analytical and optimization skills with a focus on CPL, CTR, and ROAS. • Prior experience in EdTech campaigns will be considered a significant advantage.
