Leadership Team: Consists of well-established professionals from Bain & Co. & KPMG. Role Overview We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to drive influencer-led initiatives for Sotrue. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space. This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Build and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to Sotrue’s beauty, skincare, & grooming categories. Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators. Plan & run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives. Collaborate with brand & creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables. Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives. Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep Sotrue ahead of the curve. Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics. Qualifications 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands. Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns. Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times. Communicate respectfully and follow all deadlines, policies, and reporting structures. No tolerance will be given to unprofessional behavior, lack of discipline, or negative attitude in the workplace.
