Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Global Go-to-Market (GTM): Develop and execute marketing strategies for Digital Workplace, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity service lines and enable the organization to tab new Global Territories like Mid East, US, UK etc. Positioning & Messaging: Define and articulate product value propositions, differentiators, and narratives across all customer-facing channels. Campaigns & Lead Generation: Plan and run targeted B2B lead-gen campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Email) aligned to product offerings. Manage and update prospect/customer databases. Content Creation: Drive creation of case studies, product collaterals, sales decks, solution briefs, blogs, and video testimonials to enable sales teams. Digital Presence: Lead social media, website, and online reputation management (ORM) to strengthen product visibility and brand equity. Enablement: Collaborate with sales, presales, and delivery teams to develop playbooks, ready reckoners, flyers and training content that improve win rates. Analyst & Market Engagement: Manage analyst relations, competitive benchmarking, and product positioning in industry reports. Performance Tracking: Monitor MQLs, conversion funnel, campaign ROI, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Team & Vendor Management: Manage designers, SEO specialists, and external agencies/vendors to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes. Events & Thought Leadership: Drive product-led events, webinars, and client gifting strategies to enhance brand connect. Requirements Education: B.Tech + MBA (Marketing/Strategy) from a reputed institution preferred. Experience: 10 + years in B2B Product Marketing for IT services, SaaS, or technology firms. Expertise: Proven track record in GTM execution, lead-gen campaigns, and stakeholder alignment. Tools: Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any other equivalent , Lusha (database enrichment), Canva (basic design), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Skills: Strong storytelling ability, market research orientation, and team leadership skills.
