We’re on a mission to empower businesses online, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take charge of our Meta campaigns and overall digital presence. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Create targeted ad sets, analyze audiences, and ensure maximum ROI. Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with creative/design team to develop compelling ad creatives and copies. Manage budgets efficiently and ensure proper campaign reporting. Execute SEO and SEM strategies to support organic and paid growth. Track trends, competitor ads, and new updates in Meta Ads Manager. Support other digital campaigns (Google Ads, Email, LinkedIn) when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads . Proven track record of running high-performing campaigns. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools. Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
