Job Title : Campaign Manager Location: Noida Shift: Night Shift Type of position: Fulltime Experience: 3+ Years Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager to execute and optimize customer engagement campaigns across digital channels. The role requires working in the night shift to support global operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.) Use customer segmentation and behavior data to personalize communication Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience running campaigns on one or more of the following platforms: MoEngage (preferred), Salesforce, Braze, WebEngage, Insider Certification or hands-on experience with MoEngage is a strong advantage Strong understanding of campaign analytics and reporting Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones About VML VML is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands and drive growth.
