Job Description:
Company Description Styched is a fashion-tech company headquartered in Singapore with operations across India, building the world’s first patented production-on-demand supply chain for fashion. Unlike traditional manufacturing, Styched produces apparel only after an order is placed, ensuring zero inventory, zero warehousing, and zero waste . Our tech-enabled ecosystem connects digital storefronts to a distributed network of gig tailors and micro-units, empowering workers with flexible and dignified employment opportunities while eliminating overproduction. With acquired brands like Flatheads and Zymrat under our portfolio, and upcoming international expansions, Styched is redefining how fashion is produced, consumed, and scaled sustainably. Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Production Manager to join our team in Noida . The Production Manager will be responsible for end-to-end production operations — from fabric vendor identification, negotiation, and procurement to hiring and onboarding tailors, freelance workers, and micro-units on a per-piece basis. The role requires building and managing a distributed production network while ensuring strict quality controls, cost optimization, and timely deliveries. You will play a key role in scaling our daily apparel output, improving efficiency, and setting up robust operational systems that align with our zero-inventory, zero-waste philosophy. This is a full-time, high-responsibility role with significant scope for growth. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in apparel production management, textile sourcing, or garment manufacturing . Strong knowledge of tailor sourcing, fabric vendors, sourcing networks, and cost negotiation . Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and managing tailors, micro-units, and freelance workers . Deep understanding of quality control processes and garment finishing standards . Ability to optimize costs without compromising on speed or quality. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage a distributed workforce. Experience in fast-paced production environments, with a focus on scaling output sustainably.
