Our focus on technology, usability, and continuous innovation ensures that our solutions remain relevant and impactful across the legal ecosystem.About the RoleWe are seeking a Legal Content Lead: Strategy & Project Management with 3+ years of experience in legal content, editorial processes, workflows, and strategic content initiatives. The role requires the ability to structure, analyze, and optimize large volumes of content while ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives.The ideal candidate should be comfortable overseeing projects, guiding team members, and collaborating across functions, while also being able to work independently when needed. The position calls for someone who can balance hands-on execution with delegation, manage multiple priorities, and leverage technology to drive editorial efficiency and impact.Roles & ResponsibilitiesContent Oversight- Ensure all content on the platform is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned as per organizational objectives. - Regularly update legacy content and ensure data currency across all sections of the platform. - Plan and execute content updates based on regulatory changes, user needs, and industry trends. - Maintain consistency and quality of all published content.Coordination across Departments- Collaborate with legal, technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of content strategies and feature updates. - Act as a liaison to gather inputs, feedback, and requirements from various stakeholders. - Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.Platform Maintenance & Testing:- Oversee all aspects of the platform’s content and features, ensuring they are tested, operational, and standardised. - Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated content. - Work closely with the technical team to implement new features and enhancements.Data Accuracy & Legacy Management:- Ensure the currency of legal data and ensure timely updates to reflect regulatory and legal changes. - Maintain and enhance legacy information to ensure its relevance and usability.Quality Assurance:- Develop and enforce processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all platform content. - Monitor and analyze platform performance to identify areas for improvement.Team Management:- Lead and manage a team of FTEs and freelancers, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of tasks. - Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members. - Coach and groom team members to assume greater responsibilities.Continuous Learning and Adaptation- Stay updated on legal industry trends to anticipate user requirements and recommend platform improvements. - Continuously update and enhance knowledge of legal subjects, emerging technologies, and relevant processes to stay current and effective in your role.
