UI/UX Designer

We're scaling fast, and the design bar needs to scale with us.We're looking for a designer who can make enterprise AI feel obvious.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & UX Problem SolvingDesign intuitive, production-grade user interfaces for enterprise AI products and software — both for our clients and our internal platforms.Adapt to and build upon existing client design systems, ensuring brand consistency while applying a sharp UX mindset to improve user flows.Translate complex enterprise workflows and AI/voice infrastructure concepts (agent builders, real-time analytics, multi-tenant configs, observability) into interfaces that non-technical operators can use without a manual.Translate business requirements gathered with founders, PMs, and BAs into wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups.GenAI & Rapid PrototypingUse GenAI tools (Claude, v0, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini) to turn static designs into working, interactive prototypes — fast.Generate, iterate, and debug foundational HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for handoff and prototyping.Ensure outputs can be cleanly adopted into in-house frontend stacks and no-code environments.Client-Facing & CollaborationBe the design voice on enterprise client calls.Present and defend design decisions with UX principles and data. Stay receptive to real feedback, push back on the rest.Partner directly with founders, engineering, and product across both external client projects and internal product sprints.Pivot seamlessly between client work and internal product design.What You Bring1–2 years of hands-on UI/UX design, ideally in a startup, agency, or fast-moving tech environment.A strong portfolio demonstrating UX principles, UI craft, and experience working with mature design systems.Deep expertise in Figma. Components, variants, auto-layout, design tokens, scalable systems. You should be able to teach the team things.AI resourcefulness: proven experience prompting GenAI tools to output and debug HTML, CSS, and basic JS. You don't need to be an engineer — you do need to ship working prototypes without one.Client empathy + backbone: communicate clearly, empathize with users, defend the design when it matters.Working knowledge of AI design/dev assistants and no-code builders.A get-it-done startup mentality.
