This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & DevelopmentConfigure and customize ServiceNow TSM ,OMT ,CPQ modules.Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models.Develop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP).Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.Implementation & DeliveryLead full lifecycle implementations of TSM & OMT.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.Mentor junior developers and guide agile sprint delivery.Document technical designs and maintain system configurations.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 5–10 years in ServiceNow development, with at least 3+ years in TSM & OMT modules.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of ServiceNow TSM, and OMT.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and APIs.Hands-on experience with telecom order orchestration and product catalog workflows.Domain Knowledge: BSS , Telecommunications processes, order management, and service delivery models.Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.CertificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). – Must HaveServiceNow Certified Developer (CAD)-Must HaveServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM/CSM- Good to haveServiceNow Trainings for Telecom Order Management , Telecom Service Management -Good To HaveExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to large-scale enterprise telecom implementations.
