The Moveworks platform integrates with major business communication tools and has been recognised globally for its innovative leadership in enterprise AI.The RoleWe are looking for a highly capable and self-driven Senior IT Systems & AutomationAdministrator to manage and modernize our internal IT environment.This role goes beyond traditional IT administration — you’ll be responsible for strengthening ourMicrosoft ecosystem, automating workflows, managing endpoint security, andimplementing AI-driven tools to improve internal efficiency.Key Responsibilities • Administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD),SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online• Manage identity lifecycle, access controls, governance, and security policies• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance enforcement• Manage Microsoft Defender security policies and endpoint protection• Oversee provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management ofWindows-based corporate laptops• Handle software and hardware provisioning requests and troubleshoot IT issuesend-to-end• Build and maintain operational automations using Python (required) and otherscripting tools• Develop scripts and API integrations to automate repetitive IT processes andreporting workflows• Administer Zoho applications (prior experience preferred; willingness to learnrequired)• Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and automation solutions for internalcompany use• Assist with reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance insights• Maintain documentation, IT asset tracking, and operational best practicesMust Have• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Systems / Infrastructure Administration• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, andWindows endpoint management• Proven experience managing a fleet of Windows-based work laptops• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation (mandatory)• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills• Self-sufficient, inquisitive, and quick to learn new tools and technologies• Excellent ownership mindset and attention to detail• Excellent communication skillsWhy 89 Solutions?Join us at the forefront of enterprise AI.At 89 Solutions, you will work with the world’s most advanced Agentic AI platform, Moveworks, and help shape its future as it joins the ServiceNow ecosystem.If you’re someone who enjoys modernising environments, building smart workflows, and using AI to eliminate repetitive work, this is the place to do it.Our values are simple:✅ Outcome obsessed✅ Have fun✅ People over profit
