Backend Developer (Python / Django / AWS)Company: NMT SecurityProduct: NOVA – AI-powered CISO CopilotLocation: Noida (Hybrid / Onsite preferred)Experience: 4-7 yearsApply here: hr@Role Overview:We are looking for a Backend Developer to build and scale the core backend of NOVA, NMT Security’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform. This role focuses on API development, data pipelines, AI integrations, and secure cloud architecture.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django) - Build scalable services supporting TPRM, External Exposure, Vulnerability Management, Compliance, and Risk Registry modules - Integrate AI workflows using AWS Bedrock (Claude models), AWS Lambda, and Amazon Lex - Work extensively with PostgreSQL (AWS RDS) for structured security and risk data - Implement secure authentication, authorization, and RBAC - Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability - Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and AI teams - Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins - Ensure secure coding practices and production readinessMust-Have Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django - API and microservices architecture experience - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design - Experience with AWS services: - Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, API Gateway - Familiarity with security best practices in backend development - Experience working in fast-paced SaaS environmentsGood to Have- Experience with cybersecurity or compliance platforms - Exposure to AI/LLM integrations - Docker / containerization knowledge - Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platformsWhy Join NMT Security- Build a real cybersecurity product, not internal IT tools - Work on AI + Security + Compliance at scale - High ownership, direct impact, and rapid growth - Opportunity to shape a category-defining CISO Copilot
