Job Title: Senior UX/UI DesignerLocation: Hyderabad Preferred (Open to any client location in India)Mode: Onsite/HybridNotice Period: 30 DaysRole OverviewClient is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with 8+ years of experience in designing complex, enterprise-grade digital products. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end user experience, the ability to influence product strategy, and hands-on expertise in delivering scalable, accessible, and visually compelling design solutions across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise and customer-facing applications.Drive user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform product decisions.Create and review personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.Define and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and UX standards aligned with Genpact’s brand.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to shape product vision and roadmap.Mentor junior designers and provide design direction and governance.Ensure designs adhere to accessibility (WCAG), responsiveness, and usability standards.Translate complex workflows, analytics, and data-heavy requirements into intuitive user experiences.Review implemented designs to ensure pixel-perfect execution and UX consistency.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.8+ years of hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer in enterprise or digital transformation environments.Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools.Strong command of UX research, interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.Proven experience designing enterprise platforms, dashboards, and analytics-driven interfaces.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and execution-focused UX/UI work.
