Lead Data Scientist

Role Overview:Drive data science strategy, lead a team, and deliver AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor data science team. - Develop and deploy predictive models and ML algorithms. - Collaborate with engineering and business teams for implementation. - Communicate insights to stakeholders clearly. - Stay updated on emerging data science trends.Qualifications:- Master’s/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years in data science, 2+ years in leadership. - Expertise in Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms.Preferred Skills:- MLOps, NLP, deep learning. - Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).Attributes:Strategic thinker, strong leadership, excellent communication.
