Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and driven IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical roles. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in IT recruitment, a solid understanding of technology, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline in a competitive market.Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, to identify and attract active and passive candidates on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Monster). - Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and facilitate the feedback process. - Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process. - Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and hiring progress. - Prepare and present recruitment reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and technology advancements to inform recruitment strategies. - Assist with other talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT roles and technology stacks (e.g., software development, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity). - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Negotiation: Proven negotiation and closing skills.
