Position Summary This role focuses on Technology Expert , specifically geared towards someone experienced in VPN, Networking (Switching, Firewall Management, VPN, Sonicwall, Pfsense), VMware Experience, Azure (Azure AD and infrastructure management). It’s good to have Citrix infra. knowledge. Education and Qualification Required Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3–5 years in Level 3 / senior engineer role . Familiarity with ITIL concepts (especially Incident Management). Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere suite (6.x/7.x/8.x), including HA/DRS, vMotion, SRM, vSAN. Good to have experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops , Citrix Cloud, and ADC (NetScaler). In-depth knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls & switching). Advanced administration of Azure Cloud services and Azure Active Directory . Experience with hybrid identity management (Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access). Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Preferred Preferred any 2 Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) Citrix Certified Associate/Professional (CCA-V, CCP-V) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Solutions Architect Expert Networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Sonicwall, Pfsense) Technical Skills: Strong experience with: Advanced level of troubleshooting on VMware Familiarity with MFA , Conditional Access , and email security platforms . Responsibilities Act as escalation point (L3) for complex issues related to VMware, Citrix, Networking, Azure, and Azure AD. Design, implement, and support VMware virtualization infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, HA/DRS, SRM). Manage and optimize Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, StoreFront, Citrix ADC/NetScaler). Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, load balancers,). Administer and secure Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS, VMs, storage, backup, monitoring). Manage Azure Active Directory & Identity Services (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, Entra ID, AD Connect). Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents. Support migrations, upgrades, and large-scale infrastructure projects with minimal downtime. Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs. Mentor L1/L2 engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies.
