Technical Project Manager Location: Hyderabad, Noida Experience - 10-15 Years Notice Period - Immediate - 15 Days Job Description : Technical Project Manager Project Manager with experience in the banking domain to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills, along with hands-on understanding of Java , Microservices , and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project. Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards. Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and willingly shoulder additional responsibilities as needed. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations. Hands-on understanding of Java , Microservices architecture , and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive in taking ownership of responsibilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
