We specialize in Digital Payments operating as Technology Service Provider to Regulated entities and providing Payment Platform to Industry – empowered by payment processing engine, Financial Super app, Risk Intelligence engine and digital merchant solution.While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5X in next five years through innovation and industry first initiatives.What will you doWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking, intuitive interface design, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in shaping seamless and engaging digital experiences for our users.Job responsibilities:· Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing.· Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.· Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.· Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.· Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.· Ensure consistency in design patterns, branding, and user experiences across different platforms and devices.· Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs and clear design specifications to development teams.What are we looking for:· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.· Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).· Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.· Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.· Experience designing responsive and mobile-first applications.· Experience in design systems and component libraries.· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.· Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.· Experience in fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce domains is a bonus.· Analytical thinking, strong judgement and decision making abilities· Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.· Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.· Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goals.Education Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors International (HFI).Experience – 3- 5 years.Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /FintechLocation – NoidaWork arrangement – 5 days working from officeWhat do we offer:· An organization where we strongly believe in one organization, one goal.· A fun workplace which compels us to challenge ourselves and aim higher.· A team that strongly believes in collaboration and celebrating success together.· Benefits that resonate ‘We Care’.If this opportunity excites you, we invite you to apply and contribute to our success story.
