Job Title: Sr. Manager- InsuranceExperience: 11+ yearsLocation: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are hiring Senior Manager- Insurance with the following skillset:Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end solution design for transformation programs and RFP/RFI cycles - Translate regional regulatory and operational nuances into compelling solution blueprints - Develop accelerators, frameworks, tools, PoCs, and PoVs to strengthen solution differentiation - Define Target Operating Models, process flows, and integration patterns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders during pursuitsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 15+ years in Insurance (L&A and/or P&C) with global market exposure - Strong business architecture skills: process modelling, TOM design, value chain understanding - Proven experience in solutioning for large transformation and pre-sales deals - Familiarity with leading platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, ALIP) - Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills - Certifications like LOMA/INS are a plus
