The role involves leading the recruitment team, designing and implementing hiring strategies, developing and promoting employer branding initiatives, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring processes, conducting interviews, overseeing graduate recruitment programs, and ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Hiring and Recruiting to manage and enhance talent acquisition processes, Skills to be hired are Oracle Retail, Oracle Fusion and INFOR WMS and AI strategic hiring. Proven ability to develop Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent Leadership Hiring, managing a team of around 10 people. Strong Interviewing skills with a focus on assessing candidates effectively Experience in managing Graduate Recruitment programs and initiatives Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and ability to align recruitment goals with organizational initiatives Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a results-oriented approach Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or Recruitment are a plus
