With expert guidance, personalised counselling, and a strong mentor network of students and alumni, we simplify the journey—from choosing the right program to settling abroad.If you enjoy speaking with students, closing leads, and creating real impact in someone’s life, this role is for you.Role OverviewAs an Educational Sales Counsellor, you will be the first and most important point of contact for students aspiring to study abroad.Key Responsibilities1)Calling and following up with new leads and converting them into walk-ins and enrollments2)Counselling students on European education pathways (France, Germany, and other countries)3)Evaluating student profiles and recommending best-fit universities and programs4)Guiding students through application documentation and visa processes5)Conducting face-to-face counselling sessions and handling walk-in students6)Managing daily leads, follow-ups, and reporting7)Working on country- and university-specific application portals8)Researching new opportunities, intakes, and policy updates in overseas education9)Ensuring agreed conversions and enrollments for partner universitiesWhat We’re Looking For1)6 months to 1 year of experience in student counselling, study abroad, or education sales2)Strong communication and persuasion skills3)Result-oriented and target-driven mindset4)Ability to quickly learn new countries, education systems, and processes5)Confidence in tele-calling and face-to-face counsellingQualifications-Bachelor’s degree in any field-Ability to work independently as well as in a team-Candidates based in Noida or nearby locations preferredWhy Join Edore?-Exposure to the fast-growing international education sector-Direct impact on students’ academic and professional journeys-End-to-end learning of study abroad consulting-Performance-driven culture with scope for growth
