Job Title: Director- HR Shared ServicesSkills: Onboarding, HR Shared Services, HR Operations, Global MobilityExperience: 15+ YrsLocation: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge Hiring for Director- Human Resource with the following skillsetKey ResponsibilitiesHR Service Delivery- Lead and manage all HR Shared Services functions including Onboarding , Global Mobility, employee data management, HRIS and employee Helpdesk - Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services across all business units and geographies - Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement- Streamline HR processes and drive standardization across the organization - Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence - Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gainsLeadership & Stakeholder Management- Lead and mentor a team of HR Shared Services professionals - Act as a key liaison between HR, business units, and external service providers - Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goal.Experience:- 15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in HR Shared Services leadership - Proven track record in building and scaling shared services organizations - Strong expertise in HR operations, Onboarding ,HR compliance, and HRIS - Exceptional leadership, process improvement, and change management skillsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
