You will work closely with leadership.Key Responsibilities Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms. Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews. Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Salary 12 LPA - 18 LPA
