Role Description — Factory HR ManagerThis is afull-time, on-site rolefor aFactory Human Resources ManageratCurio Group’s Noida manufacturing facility. The Factory HR Manager will be responsible formanaging the labour workforce, maintainingdiscipline, attendance, and compliance, and ensuring asafe and productive work environmenton the shop floor. Key responsibilities includehandling worker recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.), grievance redressal, and labour welfare activities. The role requiresstrong people management and conflict-resolution skillsand a deep understanding offactory HR operations. Key ResponsibilitiesManagedaily workforce attendance, discipline, and shift scheduling Handlerecruitment, onboarding, and documentationof factory staff and workers Ensurecompliance with labour lawsand maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) Addressgrievances, disputes, and absenteeismin a fair and effective manner Conductsafety, hygiene, and welfare initiativesfor the workforce Liaise withgovernment departments, contractors, and labour consultants Supportproduction and management teamsin maintaining harmony and efficiency on the floor Drivetraining and skill-development programsfor workers QualificationsStrong knowledge oflabour laws, factory compliance, and workforce management Experience handlingblue-collar workforcein a manufacturing setup Excellentdiscipline management and interpersonal skills Ability to handlehigh-pressure environmentsand resolve conflicts tactfully Experience inmetal, glass, or home décor manufacturingis preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Human Resources, Labour Welfare, or Industrial Relations Army background preferredfor leadership and discipline orientation
