Role Overview:The Assistant HR Manager at WTF Gyms will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s talent acquisition and HR operations. This role requires a proactive, target-oriented professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, lead the HR recruitment team, and ensure timely closures as per monthly TAT and business requirements.The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to align HR practices with the company’s growth and culture.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team to ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled within the defined TAT. - Handle end-to-end hiring for multiple roles — including Sales, Trainers, Operations, and Corporate functions. - Independently source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for open positions across verticals. - Plan and execute monthly hiring targets in coordination with business heads. - Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through internal databases, job portals, referrals, and social media. - Monitor daily hiring progress and maintain accurate hiring dashboards and reports.2. Recruitment Planning & Strategy- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and seasonal hiring needs. - Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and create hiring calendars. - Ensure TAT-based recruitment is achieved consistently each month. - Maintain strong industry networks and relationships with placement agencies, institutes, and recruitment partners.3. HR Operations & Team Management- Supervise the recruitment team’s daily performance, allocate hiring tasks, and track progress. - Conduct weekly review meetings to ensure target achievement and process compliance. - Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement. - Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Training, and Operations teams for joining formalities.4. Reporting & Compliance- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and monthly dashboards. - Share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with management. - Ensure compliance with all HR policies, processes, and documentation standards.Key Skills & Competencies:- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and team handling. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle high-volume hiring within strict TAT timelines. - Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities. - Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Excel reporting. - Result-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR management (preferably in fitness, retail, or service industry). - Prior experience in leading a recruitment team or managing TAT-based hiring will be preferred.
