We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing inTalent Acquisition , with a strong background insales hiringfor thereal estate sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:Understand manpower requirements forreal estate sales roles(e.g., Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales). Manageend-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollouts, and onboarding. Utilize various sourcing channels:job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting , and agency coordination. Build and maintain atalent pipelinefor future requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and target candidate profiles. Conductinitial screening/interviewsto assess candidate fit and interest. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics. Ensure a seamlesscandidate experienceand strong employer branding throughout the hiring process.Desired Candidate Profile:MBA/PGDM in HR or related field 2-5 years ofrelevant experience in talent acquisition , with a focus onsales hiring in the real estate domain Strong understanding of sales KPIs and target-driven roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in afast-paced and target-oriented environment Hands-on experience withNaukri, LinkedIn Recruiter , and Excel reporting
