We’re hiring a Customer Support & Sales Executive who will manage customer queries, drive sales, and actively contribute to the growth of Jnorss—a Gen-Z streetwear label making waves in India. --- About Us Jnorss is a fast-growing streetwear brand creating oversized tees, hoodies, and drops inspired by music & street culture. We’re building more than just a clothing line—we’re building a community. --- Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs Call customers for RTO (Return to Origin) follow-ups and abandoned cart recovery Assist in converting leads into successful sales Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly yet professional support Learn and apply sales & marketing strategies to boost store performance Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and CRM software (training provided) --- What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong customer handling ability with patience & professionalism Basic understanding of eCommerce, COD orders & shopping behavior Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture is a big plus --- Job Details Role: Customer Support & Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: In person (Noida, Delhi NCR) Salary: 15000-20000 per month (Fixed + performance-based incentives) Start Date: Immediate --- Perks Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling streetwear brand Learn end-to-end Shopify store operations Performance-based growth & promotions Be part of a young, energetic, and fashion-driven team
