Job Title: HR Executive – US HR Operations Location: Bangalore / Noida Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support and manage end-to-end HR operations for our US-based employees. This role involves handling onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations in alignment with the company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires on HR portal (Rippling) - Tracking all documents and employee benefits. Manage employee exits including resignation processing, exit interviews, and final settlements. 2. HR Operations & Employee Support Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (e.g., Rippling). Serve as the first point of contact for US employee HR queries. Track employee leave, PTOs, and time-off requests. Support employee communication initiatives. 3. Benefits & Compliance Assist in benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)) Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, etc.). Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive HR data. 4. Payroll Coordination Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Track reimbursements and benefit deductions. Ensure employee changes are reflected in payroll systems promptly. 5. Documentation & Reporting Draft HR letters and related documents. Generate periodic reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR operations with exposure to US HR practices. Prior experience working with remote or hybrid US teams. Familiarity with HR tools and systems (Rippling) Good understanding of US employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
