That’s where you come in.The MIS Executive – E-commerce (Skincare) will analyse prepare the data sheet related to online sales, inventory, and operations for skincare products across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role focuses on accurate report, excel sheets preparation, SKU- level tracking, batch/expiry monitoring, and providing insights to support business growth.Location: Sector 142, Noida1. Sales & Performance MIS- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Skincare SKU's sales, revenue, returns, and cancellations report and database. - Track key e-commerce KPIs: GMV, Net Sales, AOV, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC - Monitor performance by SKU, category (cleansers, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens), and channel2. Marketplace & D2C Report preparationTrack performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Shopify etc.- Monitor order flow, fulfilment status, RTO, refunds, and delivery TAT - Reconcile sales data with marketplace and payment reports3. Returns & Quality MIS- Analyse return reasons (damaged, leakage, allergic reaction, incorrect item)6.
