Responsibilities include overseeing the academic and operational functions of the Pharmacy department, managing curriculum development, mentoring staff and students, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The role also involves strategic planning, research initiatives, and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards to foster an innovative and dynamic learning environment.Qualifications Minimum 7 years of works experience inrelated field Ph.D. qualification in Pharmacy or a related field preferred Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Medicine is essential. Strong skills in Pharmacy Benefit Management and Strategic Planning are required. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and foster collaborative environments within academic and professional settings. Prior experience in an academic or research leadership role is preferred. Commitment to maintaining excellence in education and adherence to accreditation standards.
