To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a seasoned procurement professional who can take end-to-end ownership of EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) management for our tablet business in India.What You’ll Do- Lead EMS management for tablets, including RFQ, Mfg. Cost and Finished Goods Cost on a quarterly and product basis. - Oversee and resolve claims related to NRE, NPI, and other procurement activities on a day-to-day basis. - Collaborate cross-functionally with EMS, Lenovo Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure seamless execution. - Partner with EMS providers to monitor KPIs, drive performance improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals. - Support the preparation and review of addendums, and procurement agreements periodically. - Stay up to date with government policies, incentives, and import duties impacting the electronics and manufacturing ecosystem. - Explore and leverage PLI (Production Linked Incentive) opportunities for tablets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.What We’re Looking For- 12+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing/EMS environment. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supplier negotiations. - Proven ability to navigate government policies, incentives, and compliance requirements. - Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, good presentation and analytical skills, with knowledge of digital tools like Power BI.
