Company Description We are a leading immigration consulting firm offering end-to-end services in Canadian immigration pathways such as Work Permits (LMIA-based and Open Work Permits), Permanent Residency (Express Entry, PNPs, AIP), Study Visas, Visitor/Super Visas, and Business Immigration (C11, SUV, Owner-Operator). With a growing presence in India and Canada, our mission is to simplify immigration journeys through transparent processes, legal expertise, and exceptional client support. Role Description Location: On-site, Noida Employment Type: Full-Time As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships with individuals and families exploring Canadian immigration pathways. This position requires a deep understanding of immigration processes, client profiling, and service positioning within a highly regulated industry. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads for immigration services (e.g., LMIA, PNP, PR, Study Visa) through targeted outreach, seminars, digital campaigns, referrals, and local networking. Client Qualification: Pre-screen client profiles to assess eligibility for different Canadian immigration programs based on IRCC criteria. Consultation Coordination: Schedule and support initial consultations with immigration advisors/lawyers and follow up to ensure successful onboarding. Market Research: Monitor immigration policy changes, identify regional trends, competitor services, and untapped markets (e.g., working professionals, students, entrepreneurs). Relationship Management: Build trust with clients through regular engagement, addressing queries, and aligning them with suitable programs (AIP, SINP, Spousal Sponsorship, etc.). Collaboration: Work closely with case officers, legal teams, and marketing staff to ensure smooth handover and documentation support. Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales funnel updates, and monthly performance dashboards. Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or study abroad counseling is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of Canadian immigration programs such as LMIA, PNP, Express Entry, Study Visa, and Business Immigration. Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion within a regulated services environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus). Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms for outreach.
