Job Title: Service Leader – SMT (Fuji Equipment Specialist) Location: Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune, Ahmedabad Department: Service Support Reports To: COO Experience Required: 12+ years in SMT domain with strong expertise in Fuji SMT machines Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Service Leader to oversee the service operations for our SMT equipment, with a strong focus on Fuji SMT systems. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience in SMT processes, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance, particularly with Fuji equipment. This role requires technical leadership, customer management, and team supervision to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Service Operations for SMT machines, primarily Fuji platforms (e.g., NXT, NXTR series). Install, commission, and support Fuji SMT lines at customer sites with minimal downtime. Supervise a team of field service engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management. Act as a technical escalation point for complex service and maintenance issues. Conduct preventive maintenance programs and audits to ensure optimal machine performance. Maintain strong communication with Fuji Japan for technical updates and escalations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, and Engineering) for seamless customer support. Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation as per company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide technical training to internal teams and customer personnel. Ensure compliance with all EHS and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. 12+ years of experience in SMT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines. In-depth knowledge of Fuji platforms: NXTR, NXT series, feeders, placement heads, and vision systems. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software aspects of SMT machines. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required (domestic and possibly international). Familiarity with IPC standards and SMT process optimization is a plus. Experience with other SMT brands (e.g., Panasonic, Yamaha, ASM) is advantageous.
