Job Role: Packing Specialist Position Overview The Packing Specialist ensures that every First Feather product is packed with precision, care, and brand aesthetics. This role is key in maintaining our premium quality standards and creating an unboxing experience that reflects our heritage, sustainability, and luxury promise. Key Responsibilities Neatly fold, pack, and prepare products as per brand guidelines. Ensure premium presentation in eco-friendly packaging suitable for gifting. Maintain quality checks for tags, labels, and packaging materials. Handle fragile / premium products with care to avoid damage. Manage stock of packaging supplies and coordinate timely replenishment. Work with the operations team to meet daily order fulfillment timelines. Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards during handling. Skills & Requirements Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics. Experience in garment/retail/e-commerce packaging preferred. Ability to work with speed and accuracy under tight timelines.
