Sr. GM/GM - Corporate Projects (Hotel Projects)

Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned leader to head large-scale luxury hotel projects from concept to completion. The role will drive end-to-end project execution including planning, design coordination, MEP integration, budgeting, procurement, construction oversight, and stakeholder management — ensuring delivery within timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks.Key Responsibilities:- Lead complete lifecycle management of luxury hotel developments - Drive feasibility, master planning, design & MEP coordination - Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement & vendor negotiations - Oversee construction execution, quality, safety & regulatory compliance - Collaborate with architects, consultants, hospitality brands & leadership teams - Ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectivesLooking for incumbents having experience in hospitality / real estate project management.Proven track record of delivering hotel or luxury resort projects.Strong expertise in construction, MEP, cost control & contract management.Experience working with reputed hospitality brands (e.g., Marriott International, Accor, IHG Hotels & Resorts) preferred.Engineering degree required; PG in Construction / Project Management preferred.
