Support Engineer Job Overview At mea platform, we have an opening for Support Engineer, he/she will have the chance to work alongside tech and operations team to help troubleshoot and optimize the platform. The individual should have a problem-solving and technical mindset and should be open to learning about our platform capabilities, tech stack, SQL, security operations, cloud security (AWS), and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities Understand our Product, its AI modules, and cloud-based services. Act as a bridge between the tech and client solutions team, escalating and resolving technical issues efficiently. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging support related challenges. Work with developers to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations. Assist in incident management, system monitoring, and root cause analysis. Support CI/CD workflows, deployments, and cloud infrastructure maintenance. Create internal documentation, knowledge bases, and best practices for the team. Stay updated with new technologies and proactively suggest improvements. Education and Skills Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience is required.B.Sc. in Computer Science or Btech.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, ability to work independently and as part of a team alongside developers. Willing to skill up on tech stack, web development and AWS. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for tracking changes in code. Exposure to SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. A logical mindset to break down complex problems into simpler parts. Location Bangalore, India (Open for relocation to Bangalore after few months)
