We’re Hiring: MEP BIM Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing)Department: BIM / EngineeringExperience: 1–3 YearsWe are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Revit-based Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), and Plumbing modeling, along with a solid understanding of coordination workflows and construction documentation.Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models for electrical, HVAC/mechanical, and plumbing systems using Revit MEP • Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and installation details from BIM models • Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks • Ensure BIM deliverables comply with execution plans, standards, and client requirements • Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve design conflicts • Update models based on revisions, RFIs, and site feedback • Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and version control • Support quantity take-offs and documentation extraction • Participate in coordination meetings and technical reviews • Contribute to improving BIM workflows and standards • Provide technical BIM support to engineers and site teamsRequired Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing Engineering, or related discipline • 1–3 years of hands-on MEP BIM modeling experience • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP • Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection • Good understanding of MEP design principles and construction practices • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination processesKey Skills • Advanced Revit modeling and documentation skills • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and model accuracy • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Time management and deadline-driven mindset • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 and CDE workflows • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
