With a global workforce of over 80,000 professionals and a presence in more than 50 countries.Job Title: RBI EngineerLocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 8+ YearsEmployment Type : Contract-to-HireWork Mode: Work From OfficeNotice Period : Immediate to 15 daysJob Description:Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 3 years’ experience as an RBI engineer in upstream or midstream oil & gas companies such as ONGC, OIL, Cairn, Gail, Essar, or RIL - Alternatively, a total of 5–8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil production and the remaining years with engineering firms like LTTS, TOYO, EIL, or TECHNIMONT, specifically working as an RBI engineer in EPC settingsCore Competencies- Proficient in corrosion loop/circuit identification - Experienced in conducting Damage Mechanism Reviews (DMR), material degradation analysis, and Identifying Integrity Operating Windows(IOW) - Thorough understanding of API 580 and API 581 standardsKey Responsibilities- Develop and implement Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure the integrity and reliability of equipment and facilities - Analyze data to identify potential hazards and failure mechanisms
