Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Verify whether the processes and outputs throughout the entire project process meet the requirements. For example: product audits, process audits, etc. - Improve and optimize the system processes of each related aspect in project quality management. - Ensure that the R&D and production processes meet the system requirements, and that the output products comply with legal regulations and customer requirements. - Oversee the handling of customer issues throughout the entire project lifecycle, including root cause analysis and issue review, and improve the closed-loop improvement path for the problems. - Take the lead in providing customer service support, including filling out customer survey forms and handling customer inquiries and responses; Assist other departments in handling any defective materials or major process defects that arise during the project.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - Preferred 5 – 7 years of working experience. - Experience in or familiarity with communication modules or the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) industry.
