Forward Deployed Engineer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Forward Deployed Engineer|| Noida with 2+ years of experience.As a Forward Deployed Engineer you’ll work on delivering world class Voice AI Agents for our customers. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.Responsibilities:- Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs. - Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks. - Own full life cycle of building agents. Customer collaboration > Defining Agent outcomes > Agent Config & Prompt design > Testing > Deployment & data pipelining > Monitoring > Iterate. - Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools) - Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments. - Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & SquadStack platform - Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components. - Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations. - Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.Must-Have Skills:- AI-native mindset - Strong demand side thinker (JTBD) with product taste. You are not merely implementation focussed. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field - 2-4 years of experience in software development & AI applications. Strong hold over at least one programming language. - Solid understanding of prompt engineering patterns - Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience - Comfortable working fullstack.
