The responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint security solutions. The role involves assisting customers in resolving issues, managing operating system configurations, and ensuring effective customer support. Collaboration with internal teams to address technical challenges and to optimize endpoint security protocols is a key part of the daily operations.Key Responsibilities- Support initiatives to simplify, protect, and enhance the customer experience across all assigned platforms. - Investigate security-related incidents using various diagnostic and monitoring tools; take immediate corrective actions or provide well-structured remediation recommendations. - Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to maintain endpoint health and strengthen the overall security posture. - Utilize and maintain expertise in security toolsets, including Proofpoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). - Ensure full compliance with ITIL frameworks, endpoint standards, security policies, and operational procedures. - Document technical findings, incident resolutions, and process improvements in accordance with organizational requirements. - Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to endpoint monitoring, automation, and service quality. - Provide on-call or flexible shift support when required to address urgent customer escalations.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in software support, technical support, or security operations. - Strong background in endpoint security and corporate desktop protection. - Hands-on experience with endpoint incident and event monitoring solutions. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Proven experience working with Endpoint Management Solutions (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) and ITIL processes. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex customer queries professionally.Preferred Skills (Optional)- Experience with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python). - Familiarity with SIEM or SOAR platforms. - Certifications such as Security+, Microsoft Security certifications, ITIL Foundation.-
