Senior Electrical Design Engineer

The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for hands-on conceptual and detailed design of solar electrical, civil, and structural components, with strong expertise in HT/LT systems, AC/DC design, and supporting civil and structural development for utility-scale and C&I solar projects.Lead and actively perform conceptual and detailed design of solar electrical, civil, and structural systems.Prepare and update Solar Plant Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).Carry out design reviews of electrical, civil, and structural drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical studies.Provide direct support in structural design activities, including racking and foundation systems.Handle and coordinate civil/structural scope, including:- Pile design & analysis - Corrosion analysis - Geo-technical investigations & interpretation - Construction material testing - Racking / mounting structure designUse engineering software like STAAD Pro, SolidWorks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD (mandatory) and other relevant design tools as per Indian & American Codes/Standards.Prepare detailed drawings (architectural, fabrication & construction), design calculations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for solar power projects.Support project execution teams with design clarifications, revisions, and site coordination.
