Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise UX, agent behaviour & pedagogy alignment. Buildevaluation frameworksfor accuracy, safety, moderation & personalisation. Continuously experiment with emergingLLMs, frameworks, SDKs & APIs . Contribute to our internalAI Agent SDK , reusable components & Dev tooling. SupportA/B testing, telemetry, analytics, safety, hallucination reductioninitiatives.⭐Must-Have Skills 2–4 years buildingAI/LLM-based apps, chatbots, or agentic systems . Strong understanding ofLLM architecture, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG . Hands-on withPython , and frameworks likeLangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, HuggingFace . Experience withAPI integration, FastAPI/Flask , and databases ( MongoDB/Postgres ). Familiarity withprompt engineering , agent design patterns & evaluation metrics.
