Using advanced AI on high-resolution aerial imagery, we’ve reduced measurement time from 1 week to 1 day, aiming for 1 hour with upcoming AI advancements.Role OverviewWe're hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer at SiteRecon to build and ship features rapidly using a modern development stack. You'll combine traditional development skills with accelerated tooling—writing code where it matters, leveraging platforms where they're faster, and making pragmatic decisions to maximize delivery speed without sacrificing quality.What You'll Do- Build production applications using Python/NodeJs/Go, FlutterFlow, Supabase, n8n - Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and database architectures for scalability - Deploy and manage self-hosted open source solutions in production environments - Write custom code (backend, frontend, or mobile) when tools hit limitations - Use AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate implementation - Monitor application performance, optimize bottlenecks, and implement security best practices - Own production deployments, debugging, and incident managementRequired Experience- 3+ years as a Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or Full-Stack Developer - Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language - Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and database schemas - Production deployment and operations experience - Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and monitoring - Located in or willing to relocate to Noida, IndiaTechnical Skills- Hands-on experience with platforms like Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaS - Comfort with automation tools (n8n, , Zapier) - Experience with FlutterFlow/Webflow/ERPNext or similar rapid development frameworks (preferred) - Understanding of webhooks, pub/sub patterns, and event-driven architectures - Familiarity with self-hosting and managing open source applicationsYou're a Great Fit If- You've built real applications from scratch and managed them in production - You know when to code custom solutions vs. configure existing tools - You care about shipping features that solve customer problems - You're comfortable with modern AI coding assistants and rapid iteration - You balance move-fast mentality with production reliability
